The faster boat does not always win, this driver was closing the gap from an earlier spin out, then when making the turn around fountain #1 spun out again costing him the race. |

First picture captured just before they collided, Top boat is a Viper that hit a Graupner hydroplane which snapped the drive shaft. Second picture is a modified Villain, the props were fowled with leaves which caused too much resistance on the motors resulting in one of the batteries melting.
