| I found this on eBay, it was Missing the top and the hull was painted an
ugly orange with black tape across the hull to look like tiger strips, the tape was cut
on the hull leaving cut marks. I stripped it and repaired the cuts in the hull. Ordered a new top, $30, which comes as a block of plastic that you have to cut out, (big pain) I had to do one for a friend who thought the same. I replaced the on/off switch with a 40amp ESC I took out of a Wave rocket. |

The stock motor is fine, I believe it is a 16 turn, this is a great boat for the money,
but a pain to put together since you have to cut the hatch, windshields and tail fin out
of plastic forms. I suggest the first cut, with scissors, is about a 1/16 to 1/8 inch from the line, then use sand paper the rest of the way, it will give it a finished look as well, it doesn't take long with the sand paper, the plastic is pretty soft. |
| The new hatch did not come with driver heads, why? I had to
improvise The windshields come in a plastic form, I marked new cut lines to cover where the drivers were suppose to be, painted the interior with black paint and screwed them to the hull with brass screws. |
