This living space was styled and shot by Souraya Hassan of BINTI HOME. She is a genius – just look at this color combo! A neutral palette of white and soft shades of grey is combined with turquoise and warm tones of orange to create a ideally balanced composition. The wooden ceiling beams are whitewashed, and that gives the ceiling a light and airy look. Copper and warm wood touches make the interior very inviting. I love the idea of mixing trendy and fashionable items by famous designers and some upcycled classic pieces, like the beautiful buffet painted in blue.

In our quest for the proper living room hue and the ideal designs to bring it alive, we commonly disregard another very essential facet of interior design that can play a huge role in shaping a perfect home.Texture is as important as tone in making a beautifully balanced and beautiful living room. In fact, you able to utilize just a couple of easy neutral colors, hold a tone-on-tone approach and operate just texture to design a dashing room! While we frequently change to concrete, wood and imaginative furnishings to add texture to the room, grasscloth is another great option.

There is nothing like a room with a fireplace. And if you are fortunate enough to get one, play up the heat with plenty of texture. A mushy carpet can do wonders, as can hand-carved wood sculpture art, such as the piece by Roi James hanging over the fireplace below.

From tree trunks in gold finish to eclectic pieces that defy geometry and define personal type, getting that special coffee table in gold is well worth the time and dough. Getting one of these incomparable pieces should be as much about reflecting your personality and taste as it is about the style of the room and the glam infusion that it needs. Maybe there is an old trunk in the attic or an being coffee table that can be transformed with a golden cloak, instead of splurging on an absolutely new piece.

What happen when art assembles high-end precision and world class design? We have our reaction with the Crystal Collection of living rooms and kitchens that not only smudge the line between both areas, but also carry a sense of excitement and intrigue to modern interiors. If you are tedious with mundane contemporary interior design, then Crystal by Scavolini is indeed the solution. Designed by Vuesse, some of the models in the series come with the Karikon door created by Karim Rashid, which ends up changing Crystal into a unique masterpiece.
