We usually talk of the living space as a monolithic unit. Every little element in the room is like a little piece of the larger jigsaw. Disturb one and you might have to end up creating an entirely new picture! The fabulous and comfy couch is definitely at the center of this delightful setting and is inarguably the most important segment of décor in any living space. A couch can define the style of your living room and as an extension that of your kitchen or dining space as well.

The idea of a living room that presents a picture of ‘neutrality’ and fits in easily with changing trends and seasons is a concept that has become the accepted norm of sorts. This has dispirited many homeowners from trying out up to date, more refreshing living room décor options that are far more colorful and striking. Sometimes it is the fear of spending a fortune on that new, brightly painted couch solely to find out that it feels out of place a few months down the line that stops you from making a bolder choice. On other event we trust that the living room must be devoid of dazzling color to ensure your guests are not overawed by it all.

Buying a sofa is a hard decision at the best of times. The safe choice is often to purchase one in a neutral hue that will adapt to the altering color scheme of the family room above time. The sofa in gray, beige or white permits you to alter the accent hues of the living room far more easily as well. But go a bit bold this fall and think about a brightly painted red couch, a décor addition that can immediately turn heads and become the showstopper of the space it adorns. The red couch is great for extensive, Asian and even Scandinavian-style family rooms where both the style and the backdrop allow it to blend in seamlessly with the rest of the room.

I was totally interested by this modern black rug designed by Liset Van der Scheer, because combined with a few pieces of black furniture, and a few white chairs you can get an amazing design. The base is made of wool and polyester knots to warranty a quality surface. The polyester fibre threads are notably very strong. The carpet model permits the hair thread to sway in different directions, giving it a varied appearance in combination with brightness. Finnaly you can get this stylish , radiant and strong, hand tufted in a wool and pylyester base rug from Casalis.

On Saiua I focus mostly on things for homes, but today I have found an interesting project that I can say is the largest public living-room, and a great place to visit if you are in Switzerland. City Lounge is an outdoor space in the center of St. Gallen, Switzerland, that has been designed by Carlos Martinez in collaboration with Pipilotti Rist and it was the winning entry at a design competition announced by the Schweizer Verbandes der Raiffeisenbanken (SVRB) and the city of St. Gallen. The project features a bright red surfacing that arise to have swept in like the tide, protecting everything in its path. At night, the streets are illuminated by blimp-shaped objects that hang from cables strung between the district’s contemporary office buildings.

All the tiles become as sets of six for an affordable $160 per set. The tiles are mushy as the designs are printed on closely cropped velvet. They are thus easy to clean. A damp fabric will serve for most surface spills but being modular means you can pick up any soiled tile for washing in the sink! So they are definitely suitable for kitchen or eating areas.

The inside reveals a suitable storage cabinet for discs, cables and plugs which could give a cluttered look to your elegant interiors. This very interesting and beautiful rug is from Top Floor, a multi-award victorious design studio located in London, and it was designed by designed by Esti Barnes. An organic floral pattern reaches into the whitespace on this rug, yet this pattern is more than grooves and layers. Creator Esti Barnes has crop these layers around the rug itself, revealing the bare wood below. The hand-tufted Ethereal rug can be ordered by consumer in any color or size.

There is imposibble you can skip this sofa create by Lila Lang. One half is a simple looking sofa with a extremely curvy old shaped style. The other half appears to be climbing the wall! You have to grant there is something whimsical about this design. On one hand it fulfills a function – somewhere to sit on. On the other hand, it is a perhaps a piece of art or even a statement about things driving us up the wall perhaps? If you slope your head and view the wall as the floor, you will notice the Canape is almost symmetrical designed so it should fit corner walls in either direction. This design was lately featured in an exhibition Parcours Saint Germaine in Paris France. – Via
