A long day at the office deserves at least a couple of minutes of rest in a comfortable place. Stefano Bigi created the Dolce Vita swivel chair and footrest combo for La Cividina Inc and obviously did a very good job. First thing that gets the attention is the shape and the powerful orange color. Crafted in ABS plastic also with steel colored or chromed, the set seems very special and has a radical modern look. Just by looking and knowing that it is covered with polyurethane foam and polyester fiber, I can bet the Dolce Vita chair and footrest set is really comfortable. I also enjoy the strong orange color, do you?

Whoever listens to the sound of the harp will forever recall its smooth and peaceful sounds. Owning one and knowing how to play it is a dream for many people. However, if that is not the case, you could always go for something less exciting in the field of music, but quite cool in the field of design. From Carisa, this heater is a non-singing or home-heating model of a harp. It is called Adagio and even though it doesn't have the ability to make beautiful sounds, it will surely keep your home warm and perhaps even give you a harp-related feeling. The producers explain this object as “a symphony in stainless steel, harmonious or moving, yet timeless. A radiator to move your spirit. A radiator that is beyond any imagination or creativity.” We take their word for it and we are looking forward to yours too.

Designed by Amirko aka Amirkhan Abdurakhmanov this concept (if it becomes real) will offer you the possibility to completely change the look of a space without having to reach for the paint buckets. Called simply “Change it!” this is basically a big wall of little triangle panels, which can be rotated to get the color of your choice. Each triangle take white, black, and rainbow shades. I feel that in about four or five years this idea could be on the market, and then you’ll be changing the way your studio apartment looks everytime, and who knows maybe things like this will be the future of interior design. – Via – Yanko

When I got home, I spent quite a bit of time calculating my measurements. I first laid the carpet out on the floor and trimmed it a bit to fit the room. Then I measured the length of the field and figured out how far apart my lines should be to allow for all of the field measurements as well as two endzones. I then cut the duct tape into 1″ wide strips and used them to mark a full line for every five yards on the field. I also appended short strips of tape to mark the 1-yard hash marks that appear on each side of the field and then again a third of the way in from each side of the field.
