If you have a small living room, do not hang your head as such a space can be decorated with style! Take into consideration that dark colors make spaces look smaller, so it’s better to keep the color scheme light, and if you want – just add some dark accents. Remember of clever storage solutions, use window sills and functional furniture. A window sill can be even changed into a cool seating or reading nook; the space under the sofa can become a nice storage. Do not forget that a small space is always a cozy one, so get inspired by the pics below and decorate your small living room with taste and elegance!

This living space was styled and shot by Souraya Hassan of BINTI HOME. She is a genius – just look at this color combo! A neutral palette of white and soft shades of grey is combined with turquoise and warm tones of orange to create a ideally balanced composition. The wooden ceiling beams are whitewashed, and that gives the ceiling a light and airy look. Copper and warm wood touches make the interior very inviting. I love the idea of mixing trendy and fashionable items by famous designers and some upcycled classic pieces, like the beautiful buffet painted in blue.
