A bold signature style. Meet Greg Natale, one of Australia’s best creators and explore the universe he visualized for the Clarke Payne project. The designer got a remarkable effect by mixing details of modern patterns with the artistic style of the 17th century. Overwhelming images filled with valuable velvet populate the living space, giving birth to that perfect royal ambience, pictured in movies. As the internal room is dominated by shades of grey mixed with white details, a particular cool ambience is preserved. The baroque details, the high ceilings with the white detailing enlarging on the walls, the neutral colours, the chandelier and the eloquent cold beauty gives us the feeling that this is a European aristocratic residence, updated to our contemporary tastes and standards.

Placed in Miami, Florida, this luxurious also intriguing villa is the first crib of Lenny Kravitz. You are looking at a lovely looking home with an uncommon scheme that was redecorated specially for the singer. The credits belong to BNO Design, an interior design company from New York. Meant as an enjoyable space, the home is a display of eclectic furniture and interesting textures. The color palette is diverse, ranging from white to strong red. Lighting was ensured by a specialized company and we asked you to take a look at the flashy chandeliers and pendant lamps. The bedroom has a very large bed surrounded by veiled curtains. What do you say? Is this house “fit” for a superstar?

Shelving looked to be a very plentiful line of work for the designers who were present with creations at Milan Furniture Fair. We have seen so many distorted and completely unexpected shelves that we hardly managed to make a selection. We originally photographed this cool shelving plan but then recognized that the whole living space arrangement is worth sharing. So here it is, in all its creativity. A modern and yet warm atmosphere is generated by the simple and yet novel overall design. The beautiful white couch contrasts with the wooden surrounding furniture. And check out the highly primary table design with decorative wooden detail, some of them placed suddenly outside the table perimeter. Nicely done!

Now that spring is here, so many plans swirling about in my head for “garden getaways” in our yard. Too many ideas. Truly, it can be kind of overwhelming to be me somedays, haha (anyone else overwhelm themselves with all the ideas and possibilities? Yes? No?). But like all innovation and grand plans, it can take time to dream up and implement the ideas that make the most sense.

iPod and iPhone docks come in a myriad of shapes and colors, but this is the first dock that we have seen that actually doubles as a shelf, which is a really smart design.

The living room is the most popular place in a house to entertain guests, and where families come together to end their day, relax after a long workweek or enjoy a TV show together. In most cases, this room is on the main level of a home and sees a lot of activity.
