A fashionable metal locker in the edges meet of the room is a cool touch for this cozy industrial space. An industrial coffee table continues the décor of the space. I love the large-size wall art on the wall behind the sofa – it is a cool retro bike with some decorations on the ledge. A large crystal chandelier makes a statement, though it’s of different style, it looks very cool

No bedroom is truly complete without a smart nightstand. It's not just about aesthetics and the picture-perfect look alone. Nightstands and bedside cabinet escort in an additional layer of solace even while strengthening the style and color scheme of the bedroom. A smart, recent nightstand comes in a diversity of shapes, styles plus forms. From the space-shrewdness nesting tables next to the bed to those shielded in golden, metallic glint, the choice is practical endless. Yet, there is something undeniably vintage in conjunction with equally stylish about the box-manner night table.

Dark blue walls produce a compelling moody atmosphere that draws you in and makes you wonder if the room is holding onto any confidences. It has a peculiar, dim appearance and is a perfect option if you can not visualize yourself sleeping in a bright bedroom. Even on the sunniest days, a dark blue bedroom will keep its steady, cool look and will not fail with its melancholic style!

We always wish we had more space to work with when decorating our house or planning for a new one. For some reason, as a race we look to be constantly short of both space and time! That aside, it does help when you can escort in décor that cuts back on the used square footage, multitasks or even disappears into the walls when not needed. In case of the bedroom it is often Murphy beds, loft beds and sliding closet doors that enhance its ergonomics plus save space. But every little detail from the organization of the bed to lighting can convert that small bedroom into a apparently spacious setting.

Don't be afraid to combine a third color with gray and blue in the bedroom. This need not inevitably be white as both blue and gray can make a neutral and inviting setting which permits other bold colors to shine through. A touch of red or orange looks enormous in the coastal or marine bedroom while a pop of fuchsia or pink can bring dazzle to the girls’ bedroom. Yellow is a great choice in bedrooms with light shades of gray and blue as it ushers in sun-kissed charm while brown can give the space a more virile finish.

Much like the bibliophiles who needs plenty of space next to their bed (and then some more), there are many of us who just cannot work with a small bedside table that proffers restricted surface space. The classic nightstand with a couple of drawers is still as cool as ever and many amazing designs like the MEMO Night table from Baxter also carry along with them a dash of sculptural beauty. Be it the round nightstand, a mirrored beauty with plenty of glam, one that is draped in golden glitz or mismatched nightstands for the couple who have unusual needs – the bedside table you choose is determined as much by the style of the bedroom as it is by functionality.
