This luxurious living space is designed by Leeds-located designer Eduard Caliman. The scheme is done in a pale neutral palette also with a heightened feel of elegance, and it’s already decorated for winter. This project contains components that belong to the Visionnaire Ipe Cavalli brand assemblage such as the feathery mirror (Bird) and the console (Gretel) while the sofa was designed by Antonio Citterio for B&B Italia. The lamps and the ceiling lights come from Giovanni Sforza Home luxury Collection and were carefully taken to further depict a brighter and luxurious lifestyle, and I think, the designer managed to create a cozy and elegant space for those who love classics mixed with modern style.

Both fireplaces plus beautiful water features have an allure that I am immediately drawn to, and that is probably one of the reasons why we have so many amazing fireplaces, dazzling pools and a combination of both on Decoist! While it is harder to bring water features into the living room, a freestanding corner fireplace is easy to install and immediately becomes the focal point of the room. Couple this with the right mantel decor in conjunction with lighting, and you have a gorgeous corner addition.

The amount of color that you can use and the preferred color often depend on the subtle theme that you have going in the room which enhances the scruffy chic style. If you are a fan of Scandinavian blueprint, then ultra-light grays and pastel blues are apt while a more feminine space with bohemian flair benefits from the presence of pink and purple hues. No matter what shade you choose, it is a good plan to stay away from dark and gaudy shades.

We have looked similar ergonomic wall units in the past that offer design freedom and allow the user to come up with designs that specifically serve their needs and fit the floor plan of their home. The Day System takes this a step further, as it contains a wide range of storage units, shelves, back panels and even benches and drawers that aim to make your living room a coherent, modern ambiance. Maximizing valuable foot space with ease, you can even use special backlit LED modules to highlight your favorite collectibles and memorabilia!
