Removed the motor assembly and drive shaft

Used the outboard motor to the Kyosho Speed Vee 800
Dolphin II Outboard Motor

Removed the motor cover mounting brackets and runs without it
The boat canopy had to be cut to clear the outboard 

The holes for the servo arms were used for the motor wires
New single hole for the steering rod

Powered with 14.4 volts by two 6 cells batteries connected with an in-series harness.
Taylor believes he is getting close to 25-30 mph.
