Kyosho Viper
| This was purchased used, looked OK, but it was all stock,
no paint just stickers, it looked like a whole bottle of glue was
used on the windshield, I like it better without one. I stripped the
stickers off and sanded most of the glue off, then it sat for some time
to decide what colors to use. Iridescent turquoise and magenta, looks blue in the picture. Chrome painted the exhaust pipes and painted the helmets in a black metallic gray hint with chrome visors. |

I replaced the rudder and steering rod The rudder is a made by Kyosho, retails for around $9 This is the same rudder I use on the Stinger boats, make sure you install the back plate on the inside with it, I don't recommend using this if your in shallow water, the rudder extends an additional 1" more than the original, this could rip the back of your boat off if it hits something. There are spring rudder brackets (hard to find) that would solve that problem. This boat just flies and has the original motor? |

| This has a 2 cell 5400mAh battery for the radio system, I made it from a laptop battery, it can be charged from a standard RC charger at trickle, should last all season. | |
